Ramada All Suites Hotel & Conference Center can provide the perfect setting for your Wedding. The following points cover some of the most frequently asked questions.
The Belmont Room will comfortably accommodate groups up to 200 guests.
Groups up to 150 can be accommodated with 8 guests per table. Groups of 150 or more will be accommodated with tables of 8 and 10.
Set up fee is waived with minimum of 150 guests having a sit down meal. Weddings not meeting the minimum number, a discounted fee applies.
The head table is arranged on a riser and can accommodate any number of guests.
The colour scheme of the room is dusty rose and green with teal accents.
Tables are round with white tablecloths and linen napkins.
Table set up for guest book and gift table is provided free of charge
Wedding menus are as outlined on the banquet menu, however, special menus can be arranged and priced at your request.
All alcohol is provided by the hotel, and is charged on a consumption
A Non-refundable deposit is required to confirm.
Final menu selections and arrangements are required 30 days prior to wedding. Guaranteed numbers are required 7 days prior to wedding.
